EcoBiz, short for Eco-Logical Business, is a certification recognizing businesses in Oregon that adopt best practices and protect public health and the environment. The completely free and voluntary program is designed to prevent and minimize hazardous waste, solid waste, and air and water pollution.  If you own or manage a landscaping or automotive services company, we encourage you to apply for EcoBiz certification if your company isn’t already certified.

EcoBiz maps are also an easy way to find local landscaping and automotive companies that are trained and third-party-certified to ensure they are following the best practices for each industry.

Congratulations to the Jackson Group Peterbilt’s (JGP) site in Northwest Clackamas County’s Clackamas Industrial area on their recent EcoBiz certification! JGP is the largest supplier of Peterbilt trucks, parts and service in Oregon.
