Public Hearings – FY 2025-26 Rates, Fees & Budget Adoption

Clackamas Water Environment Services (WES) will hold three public hearings before the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners (acting as the governing body of WES) on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 10 a.m., to consider the following matters. Hearings will be held in person and via Zoom.

Proposed Changes

  1. Board Order: Amend & Adopt Rates and Charges
    WES is proposing updated monthly service charges for sewer and surface water services for FY 2025-26, as outlined in the attached Board Order. The changes will go into effect July 1, 2025.
  2. Resolution: Adopt FY 2025 26 District Fee Schedule
    Includes updated fees and fines for FY 2025 26, as outlined in the attached District Fee Table. The changes will go into effect July 1, 2025.
  3. Resolution: Adopt FY 2025 26 Budget & Make Appropriations
    Total proposed budget of $247,583,463 with appropriations of $152,296,868.

Any person may submit written testimony prior to the hearing date.
