Clackamas County will hold a surplus property auction for a limited number of properties. Interested bidders must register online in advance and provide proof of funds equal to 20 percent of the property's minimum bid (cash or cashier’s check only). These are cash-only sales.
Successful bidders will have 48 business hours to pay the remaining balance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and the property may be offered to the next highest bidder.
Attendance is limited to 100 people. Only registered bidders with verified funds will be admitted. Guests may be allowed if space is available.
