Clackamas County will hold a surplus property auction for a limited number of properties. All interested bidders must register online in advance—no exceptions—and provide proof of funds equal to 20 percent of the property's minimum bid (cash or cashier’s check only). These are cash-only sales.
The oral auction will take place at the Clackamas County Circuit Court, located at 1000 Courthouse Rd., Room 4C, in Oregon City. Doors will open at 9:15 a.m., and the auction will begin promptly at 10 a.m.
Successful bidders will have 48 business hours to pay the remaining balance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and the property may be offered to the next highest bidder.
Space is limited. Attendance is capped at 100 people, and only registered bidders with verified funds will be admitted. Guests may be allowed only if room permits.
