OREGON CITY, Or. -- Clackamas County’s Resolution Services Division is offering a six-week basic mediation training course beginning Oct. 1. Scholarship opportunities are available.
This highly interactive course teaches the theories, skills, and techniques of facilitative, interest-based mediation. Attendees will learn through lecture, interactive exercises, and role-plays coached by skilled and experienced mediation practitioners.
This course satisfies the educational requirements to become a Court Connected General Civil Mediator or Community Dispute Resolution Center Volunteer Mediator in the state of Oregon.
Dates: Oct. 1-3, and Oct. 8-10
Location: 150 Beavercreek Road, Room 115, Oregon City, OR 97045
