Upcoming Surplus Property Auction: Registration Required
Clackamas County will hold a surplus property auction on Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025, offering 48 tax-foreclosed parcels located throughout the county. These properties vary widely in size and setting, with lots in urban neighborhoods, small communities, and rural areas.
The auction will take place at the Clackamas County Circuit Court, 1000 Courthouse Rd., Room 4C, in Oregon City. Doors will open at 9:15 a.m., and the auction will begin promptly at 10 a.m. All interested bidders must register online before the auction. Proof of funds equal to 20 percent of the minimum bid is required at check-in. Deposits must be paid in cash or cashier’s check, and final payment is due within two business days.
Because properties are sold as-is and without title insurance, bidders are encouraged to conduct due diligence in advance. Zoning, access, utilities, environmental restrictions, and other site conditions may vary significantly across the 48 parcels.
Attendance is limited. Only registered bidders with verified funds will be admitted. Learn more and register at www.clackamas.us/property.
