Important Notice for Distant Rural and Mountain Commercial Customers
Some garbage and recycling service fees are changing.
Dear customer:
Every year, Clackamas County reviews collection costs for garbage and recycling services in unincorporated areas. The costs for garbage and recycling are impacted by many factors including rising labor and fuel costs and regional factors like disposal costs charged to garbage and recycling companies. Due to these rising costs, it was necessary to increase the fees (effective July 1, 2026) for some services in your area.
Please note that fees for the most common commercial collection service (1 to 8 cubic yard containers) are not increasing in your area.
Example: the fee for a 4 cubic yard container picked up twice a week will remain the same.
