Sage and Social event venue is requesting to modify their prior land use approval: Land use permit number Z0123-23 was approved to authorize events, such as weddings, to take place within an existing barn building on site. The applicants are requesting permission to do an addition onto the barn that would accommodate permanent restroom facilities within the barn. The proposed addition will not change the use, event capacity, event frequency, hours of operation, parking, or other operational characteristics that were previously approved. Changes to the parking lot layout are also proposed.
