A grass and gravel parking area is proposed to include parking spaces for up to 55 vehicles.

The applicant is requesting approval to construct a new 126-foot-tall telecommunication tower within a 59x45 fenced area. The proposal is located on a tract of land composed of multiple tax lots and the proposed tower will be on tax lot 01001.

The applicant requested a verification of a nonconforming use for an existing overhead power line along Stafford Rd; the existing line is a distribution line in part and a transmission line in part. The applicant further proposed an alteration of the nonconforming use to replace existing power poles and lines along a 7.4-mile-long corridor. The altered public utility facility will include transmission, distribution and communication lines and added transmission capacity. Pole heights will increase.

Conditional Use application for a Home Occupation to Host Events. The applicant proposes an event center operating January through December at a rate of 50 events a year with a maximum of 300 guests on Timber (TBR) zoned property.
