The Internet, as an information resource, enables the library to provide access to information beyond the confines of its own collection. It allows access to ideas, information and commentary from around the globe. However, the Internet is an unregulated medium. As such, it offers access to material that is personally, professionally, and culturally enriching to individuals of all ages. It also enables access to some material that may be offensive, disturbing and/or illegal.

Preamble

This Agreement is entered into between Clackamas County, Oregon, hereinafter referred to as the "County" and Clackamas County 'C-Com' Employees Local 350-7, Council 75 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO hereinafter referred to as the "Union." The purpose of this agreement is the promotion of harmonious relations between the County and the Union; and the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolutions of differences; and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment.

To construct a 12-acre photovoltaic solar power generation facility with solar panels, racking, invertors, overhead poles and lines, and perimeter fencing.
