The development proposal includes the construction of two-story venue building with a main floor area of 11,532 square feet, a gravel parking area including 76 spaces, a garbage enclosure, and other associated improvements. The proposed event venue would take access from an existing driveway to S. New Era Road.

The proposal is for legislative text amendments to the Clackamas County Comprehensive Plan and to the Zoning and Development Ordinance (ZDO) in order to expand opportunities for accessory dwelling units (ADUs) and to newly permit accessory historic dwellings in specific areas.

This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is entered into by the Clackamas County (“County”) and Clackamas County Employees Association (“Association”).

The County and the Association are parties to a Main Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for the period April 23, 2025 through June 30, 2027.

Background:

Clackamas County Building Codes has proposed fee modifications that could be effective July 1, 2025.
