The Community Room is available for meetings, presentations, or other non-commercial events. For groups of eight (8) or more, a reservation is required to use the room. Complete the online Community Room Registration form below, and library staff will contact you. Approved Community Room Registrations are valid for one year, and are renewable. When the Person Responsible in the group changes, a new form must be completed. The Person Responsible (or “a representative of the group”) must check in before each reserved use of the room.

The applicant requested a verification of a nonconforming use for an existing overhead power line along Stafford Rd; the existing line is a distribution line in part and a transmission line in part. The applicant further proposed an alteration of the nonconforming use to replace existing power poles and lines along a 7.4-mile-long corridor.
