The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office was notified this week by the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office that missing teenager Charlotte Fosgate has been found deceased. She was recovered from the Willamette River on May 10 by the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office and later identified by the Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s Office. MCSO reported no signs of foul play.

On Monday, May 5, 2025, the Clackamas County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the identity of the body recovered from the Willamette River on Sunday as 20-year-old kayaker Marcelus Angelo Rodriguez, who had been missing since April 12th after going over Willamette Falls.
The Clackamas County Interagency Task Force (CCITF), in collaboration with federal law enforcement partners, led an investigation resulting in the arrest and conviction of a local fentanyl trafficker.

On Friday, April 4th, at approximately 5:07 p.m., Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to an injury crash in the 24000 block of S Springwater Road in unincorporated Clackamas County. Initial reports indicated two people riding a motorcycle had struck a vehicle.
Deputies arrived on scene and determined the motorcycle, a 2022 Harley Davidson cruiser, struck a 2024 Toyota Camry as the Camry was turning into a driveway.
This missing person has been located safely in Portland. Thank you to everyone who helped in the search.
