main traffic route in and out of the development.
5. Gondola Update
John Burton reported that a formal proposal was submitted to the US Forest Service and that there will be a public comment period coming up. The vendor who supports public comments had its contract cancelled with the federal budget cuts. There will be a 45 comment period and 45 day US Forest review of those comments. The timeline currently is to start construction in the summer of 2027 with the Gondola being installed in the summer of 2028. John reported that there was a traffic study. He also reported that there is expected to be a published report in June on the rest stop relocation. Nick reported that the Government Camp comprehensive plan suggested an analysis to add a

6. Firewise for this summer – 2025
- Property owner participation

roads. - Hazard Map update

more conversation at the CPO meeting prior to NYE. It was also suggested that the local
employers inform their employees that this will be patrolled and prevented this year.
8. Pedestrian Restroom update
Dave reported that the architect that completed the Museum rendering will be
completing the rendering for the pedestrian restroom since it will be adjacent to the Museum.
Goal is to sign the design contract in May 2025 with completion late of 2026.

Christopher Alanis went through the project in motion at Wapinitia subdivision. He
