Clackamas County intends to amend its
2022-2026 Consolidated Plan in the following manner:
Program Year 2024-2025 (2024 Action Plan)
FY2024 Arbor Terrace Apartments Project for health and safety building improvements to 25 units of affordable housing. $250,000 of additional CDBG funds will be allocated to this project from Contingency Funds for a new total of $500,000. The Project will include replacement and improvements to driveway, walkways, drainage, and pedestrian safety improvements on the property at 127 N. Cole Ave in Molalla.
FY2024 Charleston Apartments Project for heating and cooling updates to improve health and safety of 52 units of housing for very low income households in Wilsonville. The FY24 Project is cancelled. Funds allocated for this project will be added to Contingency Funds for the FY25 Charleston Apartments Project.
Notice of Substantial Amendment to the
Program Year 2025-2026 (2025 Action Plan)
FY2025: Charleston Apartments heating and cooling updates to improve health and safety of 52 units of housing for very low income households in Wilsonville. An increase of $200,000 of CDBG funds will be allocated to this project from Contingency Funds for a new total of $350,000. Improvements will include repairs or replacements of exterior roofs, windows, doors and driveways to improve drainage at 11606 SW Toulouse Street in Wilsonville, OR 97070.
FY2025 Arbor Terrace Apartments Project for health and safety building improvements for 25 units of affordable housing. Project is cancelled. CDBG funds allocated to this project will be allocated to the Contingency Funds for the FY24 Arbor Terrace Project.
