Designed for households earning up to 80% AMI, these ~900-square-foot, two-bedroom homes offer attainable ownership opportunities for small families, couples, and individuals.

Clustered around shared green spaces, the cottages reflect sustainable design at a “missing middle” scale and exceed Milwaukie’s energy efficiency standards through participation in the Energy Trust of Oregon’s Pathway to Net Zero program. The location offers easy access to parks, schools, downtown Milwaukie, and nearby transit, creating a connected, walkable community.
