The Law Library seeks to ensure materials in its collection are available for use on the premises. The Law Library is primarily a legal reference (non-circulating) library.

Although non-attorneys are not permitted to check out materials, they are welcome to use all of the Law Library resources and materials on site to perform legal research during regular business hours.

Law Library Catalog

The catalog is an organized, searchable database containing detailed bibliographic records for every item the Law Library owns or provides access to. If you need assistance using the catalog, please contact us lawlibrary@clackamas.us. Note the print collection is primarily reference, meaning most of our resources do not circulate.
