  1. Call to Order - Called to order at 7:00PM. All board members present.
  2. Introduction of Gina McMurry
    1. Under consideration by the Board to fill Rachel Ringle’s position and the Secretary, Corresponding Secretary role until October 2025. After introductions and discussion, Bill Merchant made a motion to accept Gina McMurry’s application to be a Board member effective immediately and through Rachel Ringle’s term (October 22, 2025). Joe Matteo seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor.
  3. Land Use Applications
    1. Z0004-25 Applicant Patricia Ann Dunlap, Property Owner Daniel & Susan Wyland, 15012 S. Mitchell Lane, Oregon City, OR 97045, zoned FF10, requesting a renewal for a temporary home for care. Application was reviewed and discussed. Tammy will invite the applicant to the Town Hall Community meeting January 22nd.

    2. Community Planning Organization (CPO) Summit - haven’t met yet.

    4. Projector Replacement - the projector was purchased and handed over to Tammy for next week’s meeting.
    5. Reader Board Options - no research completed yet.
    6. Social Media Posts - Bill shared Rachel Ringle’s Social Media Hamlet Board & Community meeting draft announcements to be posted 2 weeks, 1 week, 1 day, and the day of, before each meeting. Discussion and approval commenced.
  6. Cheryl Buchert, Treasurer
    1. Treasurer’s Report - Reports were accepted.
    2. Boosters Welcome Committee Report - Additional funding for “resident mailing” is needed to complete the fiscal year. Cheryl requested a budget revision to move $100 from “business mailing” to “resident mailing.” Revised budget is below. Bill Merchant made a motion to accept the revised Boosters Welcome Committee Budget. Kenny Sernach seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor.

    1. Approval of minutes November Board & Community Meetings - the November Board and Community meeting minutes were accepted by acclamation.
  8. Mark Hillyard, Director at Large
    1. Park Committee - the Park Committee will be meeting soon to discuss 2025 events.

      2. April 19th, 2025 Easter Egg Hunt
    2. Clackamas County Coordinating Committee (C4) - Hamlet Representation - several C4 1/9/25 agenda items were discussed. Tammy will send an email to Trent Wilson & Jaimie Lorenzini regarding the omission of an unincorporated representative on the TPAC.
    3. Land Use Attorney - have not yet pursued this resource.
  9. Kenny Sernach, Director at Large a. Clackamas County Coordinating Committee (C4) - CPO Representation - nothing in addition to Mark’s report.

    1. Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District (CSWCD) - monthly report provided. Joe will be sworn into the Board January 21st.

    2. Clackamas County’s Public & Government Affairs (PGA) request to upload minutes - Kenny provided a tour of where & how to upload minutes, a list of Board members, etc. to the County Website.
