Presentation updates:

  • Moving 45 mph speed limit signs further south on Kamrath Road and further west on Leland Road - completion this year.
  • Speed limits not to exceed 45 mph on all of Beavercreek Road - County following state regulations and zoning boundaries.
  • Leland/Kamrath/Beavercreek intersection safety improvements - usually 24 months for funded improvements.
  • City of OC slip lane - preliminary design started, ~12 months to complete, no funding secured yet. Chair to contact OC for funding summary.
  • Driver Safety / Crash Data - Oregon self-reporting on crashes; some data lost, but sufficient info for improvements.
  • Ringo Road Bridge - structurally sound, cosmetic work needed.
  • Transportation System Plan Update - ensure concerns are included: Clackamas TSP
  • Glen Oak Drive - likely subsoil checks, not related to Thimble Creek development. Chair to contact Oregon City about county road holes.

Looking for an editor to revive the publication. Previously 2,000 emails, 200 printed, ~22 pages. Topics included children's page, interviews, local news. Commitment: 5–10 hours/month. Beavercreek Bulletin website

a. Park Activities: Mark & Cindy Hillyard

  • 2024 Holiday Tree Lighting - successful, plan improvements for future (GFI issues)
  • 2025 Easter Egg Hunt - April 19, 2025
  • Planning more Spring/Summer events, including fundraisers

b. Korner Park Sign Arch

Sunrise Group installed sign arch; Hamlet responsible for “Korner Park” sign. Discussed lighting and color options, possibly adding American Flag lighting.

  • Planning Commission - Developing Flood Plains; upcoming meeting expected to be well-attended
