    1. Region 1 Area Commission on Transportation (R1ACT) - WILL BE TOURING THE ABERNATHY BRIDGE. MEETING TO DISCUSS POLICY PRIORITIES.
    2. Community Planning Organization (CPO) Summit – HAVE NOT MET RECENTLY
    3. Clackamas County Committee for Community Involvement (CCI) – ENCOURAGED THE BOARD TO ATTEND THE LEADERS MEETING SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY , JULY 22ND AT 5:00 PM (DINNER INCLUDED). CCI LOOKING INTO THE MEANING OF THE TERM THE COUNTY USES “LIVIBILITY” WHICH CAN MEAN DIFFERENT THINGS TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE.

    2. Website Update Review (next meeting 7/27) - WILL ALSO DISCUSS TAMMY’S ABSENCE IN AUGUST REGARDING BOARD AND COMMUNITY MEETINGS.

    1. Park Committee – MARK HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THE BOARD ATTEND EVENTS AS IT IS THE VERY BEST IN COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT.
      1. Open Air Markets June, July & August Wed. Evenings 4:30-8 – 6/11, 18, 25 & 7/9, 16, 23, 30, 8/6, 13, 20 - (VERY WELL ATTENDED BY VENDORS AND COMMUNITY . VENDORS ENJOY BEING IN BEAVERCREEK.)
      2. Rummage Sales – June 28 & 29, July 26 & 27 - (4 VENDORS IN JUNE, MANY MORE INTERESTED IN JULY)
      3. National Night Out - August 5th - WILL BE ANOTHER EXCELLENT SHOWING
      4. Summer Fest Concert – August 23rd - TRYING TO FIND A BAND

    1. Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District Board Member Report - – THE DISTRICT WILL NO LONGER ALLOW SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY . SEPTIC GRANTS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, BUT LOANS CONTINUE TO INCREASE.
    2. Chris Lapp, CSWCD Barn Input (8/21) - HYBRID MEETING TO START MAYBE AT 6 PM. WE MAY WANT TO DELAY THE AUGUST BOARD MEETING UNTIL 7:30 SO THE BOARD CAN ATTEND.

    1. BCC Monthly Hamlet Report – Volunteers of the Month - 2 VOLUNTEERS WERE CHOSEN AND WILL BE EMAILED TO RICK COOK.
    2. Tammy Out of Country in August - TAMMY TO DISCUSS MEETING DETAILS WITH BILL AND GINA. TAMMY REPORTED ON VOICEMAIL MESSAGE RETURNED CALL TO CHRIS ON KAMRATH ROAD AND THE NEIGHBOR ISSUES. TAMMY REFERRED HIM TO THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
