- Committee Updates
- Region 1 Area Commission on Transportation (R1ACT), Merchant
- Jan 28th upcoming special meeting. The regular meeting is upcoming which will be a review of things on the table already.
- Community Planning Organization (CPO) Summit - Merchant
- Update combined with the below - CCI, Merchant.
- Clackamas County Committee for Community Involvement (CCI), Merchant
- Sernach to present ourC4 CPO Rep/Alternate votes via the process set forth by the County.
- Clackamas County Coordinating Committee (C4), Hillyard & Sernach
- Hillyard will remain on as C4 Hamlet Rep with Derek Cherico from Mulino CPO as Alternate Hamlet.
- Park Committee, Hillyard
- Feedback on tree lighting - December 6th
- Great success! Highlights included handing out 120 stockings and Beanie Babies. Mr. and Mrs. Claus, the Grinch, and Elvis made appearances at the Grange and/or the Park. The Grange provided freshly baked cookies, Kissin’ Kates served cider and hot chocolate, and the new speaker system worked flawlessly. Tear-down was completed the same night.
- April 4th Easter Hunt
- The park committee is beginning work on this event, along with a few others that require more lead time.
- Event Form: Merchant may be in attendance, welcome boosters will not be in attendance, no vendors present at this event.
- Hillyard is checking into roadway construction as to how it will affect upcoming events that they are starting to plan for.
- Feedback on tree lighting - December 6th
- Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District, Matteo
- Change of venue from the grange to CSWCD for community meetings. If CPO money isn’t going to the grange going forward, we should discuss how to use it, and how we’ll still support the grange as the board indicated they are interested in doing so.
- Welcome Boosters, Buchert
- No meeting in December.
- Received the check from CSWCD for postage on welcome packets.
- Katie Jaspers will design the postings for the welcome boosters facebook page in conjunction with Buchert.
- 20-year Anniversary Celebration Committee, Buchert
- Buchert started planning and is accepting ideas from the board. Merchant mentioned the possibility of working with the Beavercreek charitable trust in conjunction. Buchert also mentioned possibly doing something at CSWCD.

- November meeting minutes were approved during the December strategic event.
- The strategic event notes have been sent to the board and corrected. No further action required.

- New year set up - meetings in calendar, new formats for agendas/minutes completed.

- This project is starting this upcoming week.
- Electronic Reader Board, Hillyard
- Limited research done by Hillyard to date. The board offered assistance so we could ensure we move this project forward.
- BCC Monthly Hamlet Report - Volunteers of the Month, Stevens
- Completed for January and February by Stevens.
- Annual BCC Report completed and submitted, Stevens
- Budget Request 2026/2027 to PGA completed & submitted, Stevens (skipped)
- Risk Management Report for Korner Park completed & submitted, Stevens (skipped)
- Met with Jennifer Hughes 1/8, Stevens (complete report in March)

- Mallorie for Road Signs contacted for price, Stevens
- Pricing is still being negotiated. Also discussed signage on 213. More to come when Stevens returns from vacation.

- 2nd PGE Account, Buchert
- McMurry obtained contact information for Stan in Transportation as Buchert found out that is who ordered the flashing light at the intersection where the PGE was erroneously assigned to us. To date there have been no charges on that account.
- Trust Account Report, Buchert
- Discussed a change, which could be an indication there could potentially be various severe errors in the report. These prior errors were corrected when the format changed several years ago. More coming from PGA soon on this topic.
