  2. Land Use Applications - Will invite the applicant to the upcoming Community Meeting. 
    1. Z0482-25  Nigel Bray, 23865 S Beavercreek Road, Beavercreek, zoned Timber, 20.44 acres, requesting the renewal of a temporary home for care. 
  3. Land Use Activity/Decisions
    1. Z0052-26  Tyler Winslow, 14783 S Henrici Road, Oregon City, zoned RRFF5, .82 acres, requesting the renewal of a temporary home for care.  Approved subject to conditions.
    2. Z0007-26  Fernando & Alcantara Mayorga 22280 S Beavercreek Road, zoned EFU, requesting a farm stand.  Approved subject to conditions.
    3. Z0031-26  Patty Nelson, City of Oregon City, 16025 S Henrici Road, Oregon City, zoned RRFF5, 17 acres, requesting to install a new pump station & transmission main on an existing water reservoir site.  Approved subject to conditions.
    4. Z0028-26  applicant Scott Benthin, owners Frederick & Janine Kamrath, 16120 S Spangler Road, Oregon City, zoned EFU, 3.02 acres, requesting a new temporary home for care with exceptions (100’ from existing home, 2nd septic).  Planner awaiting additional information. 
    5. Follow-up on outstanding, controversial applications – Childs on Kirk (accident), Slip Lane (left VM with Dayna, OC), Hwy 213/BC Rd (left VM with Dayna, OC), Park Place (on hold), Wilson Road (awaiting revised application), Weiler Farm (done), Stevens
    6. How do we want to handle permit renewal notices? Stevens
      1. No resolution. Bill Merchant asked about the lot with the food cart and signage issues. We need to read the application and approval/conditions, then submit a complaint with the variances to code enforcement.
  4. Treasurer’s Report, Buchert
    1. Cheryl received an email with follow-up from Brian Nava that they will take over trust accounts/reporting instead of PGA. Most current trust reports are geared towards usability.
    2. Need to keep treasurer’s records for 3 years + 1.   
  5. Secretary’s Report, McMurry
    1. Will approve at the upcoming community meeting once Gina receives Tammy’s feedback. 
  6. Committee Updates
    1. Region 1 Area Commission on Transportation (R1ACT), Merchant
      1. Nothing new to report from last month. 
    2. Community Planning Organization (CPO) Summit, Merchant
      1. Nothing new to report from last month. 
    3. Clackamas County Committee for Community Involvement (CCI), Merchant
      1. Hosting a meeting where they can talk about the Planning Commission. 
      2. DTT will be doing a presentation - “Engagement plan for Metro’s 50 year future vision.” Bill is wondering if Clackamas County has a representative on Metro’s CCI. 
    4. Clackamas County Coordinating Committee (C4), Hillyard
      1. Mark was unable to attend this past meeting. 
    5. Park Committee, Hillyard
      1. April 4th Easter Hunt - Awesome! Good turnout, the weather was great, families enjoyed themselves, 3,000 eggs hidden and found, and had a dancing easter bunny and unicorn! 
      2. Open Air Markets begin June 3rd - Construction will be going on during these summer events into September. Mark & Cindy are looking into the logistics. Bill asked, is it possible to move these to Leland Park? Mark met with the board last night to discuss, and they said they’ll check into the logistics.        Insurance? Ours or theirs? Discussed advantages to testing the waters with an event to see how it goes.       
    6. Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District, Matteo
      1. Walking Tour prior to community meeting so we can see their visions for the future and then Chris and Lisa will be the guest speakers at our community meeting. 
      2. Budget meetings coming up this Friday. 
    7. Welcome Boosters, Buchert
      1. Nothing new to report. 
    8. 20-year Anniversary Celebration Committee, Buchert
      1. April 23rd is our next meeting. 
      2. Email  anniversary@beavercreek.org if you have any suggestions/ideas.
      3. Tammy and Cheryl toured the space at CSWCD - the parking, the space, the flow, educational moments. It went well and is piggybacking off their 50 year party. 
    9. Planning Commission & TSP PAC, Stevens
      1. Several Planning Commission study sessions and hearings coming up regarding Zoning and Development Ordinance updates. Transportation System Planning meetings are getting the committee up to speed. 
  7. Other Topics
    1. Candidate Forum – Positions 2 & 5 April 20th at 7 pm via zoom, and Position 4 April 30th at 7 pm (bring flyers) - encouraged attendance.
    2. Website Updates, McMurry
      1. Will be adding an entire page for the upcoming Candidates Forums. Will make it the temporary homepage. 
      2. Clackamas County website completely up to date (bylaws, hybrid community meetings, meeting minutes, etc..) 
    3. Electronic Reader Board, Hillyard/Merchant/Sernach
      1. Tammy saw one she liked at Jarbos, N of Canby on 99. Megan at Jarbos communicated with Tammy about where it came from. She is going to meet up with them and discuss.
      2. Kenny did some research but is not clear on the vision yet. Logical placement is more North by Kissin’ Kates / Sernach’s front yard.🙂
    4. BCC Monthly Hamlet Report - Volunteers of the Month, Stevens
      1. Submitted for April
    5. Do we want to show a ClackCo Works video at the community meeting?
      1. Potential for August or fill in if there is a cancellation. Gina will put them directly linked on our website since they’re really good for our citizens to watch.
  8. Upcoming Community Town Hall Meeting
    1. Agenda – Hybrid meeting
    2. Guest Speakers
      1. Chris Lapp & Lisa Kilders, Clackamas Soil & Water Conservation District – 6:00 PM WALKING TOUR followed by an overview of services provided to citizens
    3. CSWCD - gate opens at 5:30, refreshments, sign in/registration, Board applications, signs, conference room preparation.
    4. Future Speakers – May – Oregon State Fire Marshall; June – Jeff Schafer, CCC; Vector Control
  9. Buchert - Domain Renewal Emails came through. Bill will look into that and get reimbursed (~$289).
  10.  Buchert - Wants an email address so that when a trust check is requested that appropriate members of the board can see the request as a check and balance.
