Z0150-25: The applicant is requesting to add a pole building as an accessory storage building to property that was designated as a Historic Landmark for the William Stuwe Farm Complex. No change is proposed to any of the historic structures located on the property.

Z0124-25 –Waverly Country Club new construction of a pool house, an expansion of the existing pergola, change in orientation of the pool and pool deck and changes to the landscape.
