DA sealThe Clackamas County District Attorney’s Office recently debuted a new online resource to help crime victims and their families have real-time information about their case.

By going to our webpage, crime victims can click on the “Find My Case” feature to learn the defendant’s pending charges, the names of the assigned prosecutor and victim advocate along with their contact information, and up to the minute court appearance dates and times. The site went live in time for National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, April 23–29, and was announced by Clackamas County District Attorney John D. Wentworth at the Office’s event Honoring Crime Victims in Liberty Plaza on April 28.

Clackamas County is the first county district attorney’s office in Oregon to offer this new online resource.

“Our new ‘Find My Case’ feature is a critical step in having victims of crime be more informed about the case they’re involved in,” Wentworth said. “While the DA’s office is always here to answer any questions a victim of crime may have, the ‘Find My Case’ feature will allow them to have the information they need at their fingertips.”

The District Attorney’s website is designed to be a user-friendly place where crime victims, survivors, advocates, and the Clackamas County community can find information about the criminal justice system, crime victims’ rights and resources available throughout Clackamas County. There are also sections dedicated to specific crimes such as domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, animal abuse and human trafficking.
