Clackamas County adopts FY 2026-27 budget

OREGON CITY, Or. – The Board of County Commissioners formally adopted the fiscal year 2026-27 budgets earlier today.

The action followed a series of public meetings and hearings by the county’s budget committee last month. Clackamas County’s general, county-only budget is $1,528,305,199, which includes property taxes, dedicated state and federal funds, grants, other revenue sources, and reserves.

Additionally, the adopted budgets, including reserves, for county-governed districts and agencies are:

  • Clackamas County Development Agency, $41,817,743
  • Clackamas County Enhanced Law Enforcement District, $9,205,601
  • Clackamas County Extension and 4-H Service District, $20,635,970
  • Clackamas County Housing Authority, $99,788,283
  • Library Service District of Clackamas County, $27,213,851
  • North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District, $42,411,530
  • Street Lighting Service District No. 5, $5,021,596
  • Water Environment Services, $225,119,961
