Clackamas County Elections Offers Saturday Voter Services at Two Locations

Date

Oregon City, OR - Clackamas County Elections will provide extended in-person voter services on Saturday, Oct. 31, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at both the Oregon City Elections Office and the Happy Valley Vote Center.

“If you need a replacement ballot, or need voting assistance, you can visit either of Clackamas County’s two voter service locations during our extended hours this Saturday,” said Clerk Catherine McMullen.

The Happy Valley Vote Center, located inside the Happy Valley Library, and the Oregon City Elections office at the Red Soils Campus offer voter assistance and replacement ballots for Clackamas County voters. Voters may also request a replacement ballot online at clackamas.us/elections/ballot-request.

Each voter service location is staffed by sworn election officials and provides a range of services, including replacing lost or damaged ballots, updating voter registration information, providing accessible voting assistance for individuals with disabilities, offering language assistance, accepting returned ballots, and facilitating in-person voting.

Voters may choose the location most convenient for them.

Returning your ballot by mail?

The recommended date to mail your ballot has passed. Clerk McMullen recommends returning it to an Official Ballot Drop Site. If you must mail your ballot, ask a USPS staff member to apply a manual postmark at the counter inside the post office.

In the days leading up to Election Day, Clerk McMullen recommends returning your ballot to one of the 26 Official Ballot Drop Sites throughout the county. Mailed ballots must have a valid postmark on or before Election Day, Nov. 3, and be received by election officials within seven days after Election Day (Nov. 10).

Official Ballot Drop Sites

Clackamas County Elections has 26 Official Ballot Drop Sites open until 8 p.m. Election Day, Nov. 3, 2026. Find the sites on the Clackamas County Elections website or in the County Voters’ Pamphlet. Ballots returned to an Official Ballot Drop Site must be deposited by 8 p.m. on Election Day.

Initial unofficial election results are scheduled to be posted on election night, Nov. 3, 2026 shortly after 8 p.m. on the Clackamas County Elections website at clackamas.us/elections. Additional updates will follow as more ballots are counted. Final results will be certified no later than Nov. 30.
