Milwaukie Student Art Contest

Clackamas Water Environment Services (WES) invites K–12 students in Milwaukie, Oregon, to create artwork inspired by our local waterways and help bring the newly remodeled Kellogg Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility to life!

Students from traditional schools, charter schools and homeschools are all welcome to participate.

Selected artwork will be displayed inside the remodeled facility, showcasing our students' creativity and their connection to the environment.
