This media toolkit is designed to support clinical providers, community-based organizations (CBOs), and other public health partners in sharing critical messages about congenital syphilis prevention. Request printed materials to pick up from Clackamas County Public Health Division in Oregon City, including ready-to-use digital tools, printable flyers, postcards and more to amplify outreach across your networks.

How to Receive These Materials
- Fill out the form below to let us know that your organization will be using the toolkit. This is important so we can track the outcomes of the campaign.
- While filling out the form, choose whether you would like to request printed materials for pick-up.
- If you request print materials, you will also get access to our digital toolkit which includes printable files as well as social media cards in English, Spanish and Ukrainian. If you would just like the digital toolkit, email mnason@clackamas.us to request it
- Share widely on your organization’s social media platforms, websites, newsletters, bulletin boards and more. If you need anything in a different size or format, let us know!
