Two voter service locations to serve you!
During active election periods Clackamas County Elections has two voter service locations open in Oregon City and Happy Valley. Clackamas County Elections opens a pop-up vote center inside the Happy Valley Library during elections for voters needing assistance. The Happy Valley Vote Center provided a closer choice for voters in Happy Valley, Sandy, Damascus and other north-east communities. Voters chose the location that worked best for them.

Each voter service location is staffed by sworn election officials. At the vote center citizens can:
- replace a lost or damaged ballot,
- update voter registration information,
- get voting assistance if they have a disability,
- get voting assistance in a preferred language,
- return their voted ballot, or
- vote in person.
Hours for both locations:
Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 1, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Election Day, Nov. 4, 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
