- Reason: Water main, service replacement, and road improvements
- Emergency services/Local access: During construction, most of SE McKinley Ave will remain open to local traffic and emergency vehicles. However, the intersection of SE Johnson Rd and SE Clackamas Rd will be closed to all traffic, including emergency vehicles, while work is active. Roads reopen each evening.

- Emergency services/Local access: Most of the street will remain open to local traffic and emergency vehicles. The active work area will be closed to all traffic, including emergency vehicles, while construction is underway. The work zone moves daily. Roads reopen each evening.
