We provide full maintenance and management services for the buildings that house Clackamas County departments. County operations span 570,034 square feet across more than 80 facilities, ranging from small offices to large service centers.

Planning for the Future

The county is currently engaged in a comprehensive Facilities Master Planning process. This long-term effort will:

  • Identify the best locations for county offices, clinics and justice services
  • Improve efficiency by consolidating related operations
  • Reduce the total number of standalone buildings
  • Enhance public access to services
