March 2026
Public Housing Repositioning
Hillside Park Phase 2: As a reminder, everyone must be moved out by March 31st, 2026. If you are expecting to receive a Voucher and do not currently have one, please reach out to Ashley Ferron at HACC-Relocation@Clackamas.us or 503-867-7484 (text friendly)
Scattered Sites: Be on the lookout for a letter with information about next steps for relocation, including when you can expect to move and how staff will support you. If the requested documents are not returned on time, there may be less time available to find replacement housing that meets your household's specific preferences and needs.
Homeownership: HACC is partnering with DevNW and Proud Ground to convert up to 75 single-family homes into a Community Land Trust. Under this model, the trust owns the underlying land while the homes are sold to low- and moderate-income homebuyers to ensure long-term affordability. HACC residents will have priority to purchase the homes. If you are interested in learning more, please contact Jemila Hart at jemilahar@clackamas.us
Oregon City View Manor: We are working with HUD to determine when relocation can begin and will share updates as they are available. All OCVM residents who want to move to the Clackamas Heights Redevelopment will be provided the opportunity.
