  1. PRESENTATION
    (Following are items of interest to the citizens of the County)
    1. Proclamation declaring April 10th-16th, 2022 as National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week in Clackamas County
  2. PUBLIC HEARINGS 
    (The following items will be individually presented by County staff or other appropriate individuals. Persons appearing shall clearly identify themselves and the department or organization they represent. In addition, a synopsis of each item, together with a brief statement of the action being requested shall be made by those appearing on behalf of an agenda item.)
    1. Consideration of the Proposal to form the Oak Lodge Water Authority (J. Munns)
  3. CONSENT AGENDA 
    (The following Items are considered to be routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. CCOM
      1. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Metropolitan Area Joint Computer Aided Dispatch System (MAJCS) for Regional Tech Support for 900 Computer Aided Dispatch Services.
        Total value is $75,000 funded through 911 agencies in Clackamas, Washington and Columbia Counties with the Clackamas portion of $22,342 annually, being paid through a combination of 911 tax and public safety user agency funds. No County General Funds are involved.
    2. Community Corrections 
      1. Approval to Submit an Application for a time extension and additional funding through the next Improving People’s Access to Community-Based Treatment, Supports and Services (IMPACTS) Program grant cycle of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024.
        The additional time and funding will allow Community Corrections to continue and expand the existing program. Total grant value is $823,172 funded through State Criminal Justice Commission. No County General Funds are involved.
    3. Health, Housing, and Human Services 
      1. Approval of the Proposed 2022 – 2027 Assessment of Fair Housing Plan and Authorization To Submit to US Department of Housing & Urban Development To Permit Continued Receipt of HUD Federal Grants.
        Total grant value is $3,452,609 funded through US Department of Housing & Urban Development. No County General Funds are involved.
    4. Elected Officials 
      1. Approval of Board of County Commissioners Previous Meeting Minutes For March 17th, March 24th, March 31st, and April 7th, 2022 -- BCC
  4. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION 
    (The Chair of the Board will call for statements from citizens regarding issues relating to County government. It is the intention that this portion of the agenda shall be limited to items of County business which are properly the object of Board consideration and may not be of a personal nature. Testimony is limited to three (3) minutes. Comments shall be respectful and courteous to all.)
