    (Following are items of interest to the citizens of the County)
    1. Proclaiming October 2023 as Domestic Violence Awareness Month
  2. CONSENT AGENDA 
    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)

      1. Approval of Previous Business Meeting Minutes – BCC
    2. *Transportation & Development
      1. Approval to apply for a Local Bridge Program Grant from the Oregon Department of Transportation for construction funding to replace the Bull Run River Bridge. Grant value is $16,151,400. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Transportation, with a match of $1,848,600 from the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of a Board Order approving the centerline realignment of South Central Point Road at the intersection of South New Era Road. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.
      3. Approval of a Board Order approving the transfer of Solid Waste Collection Franchise from S & C Licensing, Inc. to Recology Clackamas, Inc. and a Board Order approving the subcontracting for infectious waste collection between Recology Clackamas, Inc. and Trilogy Medwaste, Inc. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.
      4. Approval of to apply for a Fairgrounds Funding program grant from Business Oregon for funding toward the multi-purpose building. Grant value is $277,777. Funding is through Business Oregon. No County General Funds are involved.
      5. Approval of a Funding Agreement with Clackamas County Arts Alliance to support businesses, organizations, entrepreneurs and public art exhibitions throughout the County. Agreement value is $150,000. Funding through County Lottery Dollars. No County General Funds are involved.
  3. *WATER ENVIRONMENT SERVICES CONSENT AGENDA
    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of Amendment #1 to a Contract with A-Affordable Septic Service, LLC for the Fischer’s Forest Park Large Onsite Sewage System Treatment Process Upgrade. Amendment value is $196,821.20, contract value is increased to $974,929.20. Funding is through Water Environment Services Sanitary Sewer Construction Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
    2. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Metro for a Nature in Neighborhoods Capital Grant to fund Construction of the 3-Creeks Water Quality Project. Grant value is $620,000 for up to three years. Funding through the Metro 2019 parks and nature bond measure. No County General Funds are involved.
  4. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION 
    (The Chair of the Board will call for statements from citizens regarding issues relating to County government. It is the intention that this portion of the agenda shall be limited to items of County business that are properly the object of Board consideration and may not be of a personal nature. Testimony is limited to three (3) minutes. Comments shall be respectful and courteous to all.)
