  1. *HOUSING AUTHORITY CONSENT AGENDA (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of an Infrastructure and Additional Shared Cost Agreement with Local Workforce Development Board for the WorkSource Clackamas One-Stop. Agreement value is $275.39 for one year. Funding through US Department of Housing and Urban Development Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency Grant Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
    2. Approval of Amendment #4 increasing funding and updating program language of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Metro for the Affordable Housing Bond Program. Amendment value is $1,190,306 for 3 years. Agreement value increased to $120,534,367 for 10 years. Funding is through Metro Affordable Housing Bond funds. No County General Funds are involved.
    3. Approval of a Construction Contract with North Pacific Construction and Remodeling, Inc. for the Drew Street Project. Contract value is $216,000 for 120 days. Funding is through US Department of Housing and Urban Development Capital Grant Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
    4. Approval to apply for a Grant for the Hillside Park Redevelopment Project. Anticipated grant value is $1,000,000. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Housing and Community Services. No County General Funds are involved.
    5. Approval of a Contract with Mental Health & Addiction Association of Oregon for Peer Support services. Contract value is $108,809.04 for 1 year. Funding is through Metro Supportive Housing Services Measure Funds. No County General Funds are involved.

      2. *Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Department of Transportation for the Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program. Agreement value is $40,000 for 1 year. Funding is through Oregon Department of Transportation and $2,000 in budgeted County General Funds. – CCSO
      3. *Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Department of Transportation for the Safety Belt Enforcement Project. Agreement value is $12,500 for 1 year. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Transportation and $2,500 in budgeted County General Funds. – CCSO

      1. Approval of a Funding Agreement with Molalla River Watch for the Woodcock Creek at Grimm Road Bridge Replacement Project. Total Value of agreement $348,671. Funding is through the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board. No County General Funds are involved.

      1. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Multnomah County for STD and HIV Clinic Services to eligible Clackamas County residents. Agreement value is $115,000 for one year. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of a Subrecipient Agreement with the City of Oregon City on behalf of its Pioneer Community Center for services to older adults. Agreement value is $219,131 for 1 year. Funding is through the federal Older Americans Act, TriMet, energy assistance fund, and Federal and State Transportation funds for older and disabled residents. No County General Funds are involved.
      3. Approval of Grant Agreement from University of Oregon for Community Dispute Resolution Program. Total Grant value is $156,644 for 2 years. Funding is through the University of Oregon. No County General Funds are involved.
      4. Approval of an Amendment to an Intergovernmental Grant Agreement with the Oregon Department of Human Services for the Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act Program. Amendment value is $8,500 for one year, agreement value is increased to $16,901 for 2 years. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Health and Human Services. No County General Funds are involved.
      5. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Oregon for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Training and Employment. Agreement value is $162,935.44 for 1 year, with a match of $162,935.44. Funding is through Oregon Department of Human Services, with match funding through Metro Supportive Housing Services Measure Funds and $42,000 in budgeted County General Funds.
      6. Approval of a Board Order authorizing Issuance of a Purchase Order for Temporary Employee Services with Robert Half International, Inc. for staffing Coordinated Housing Access and rental assistance programs. Purchase order value is $550,190 for 6 months. Funding is through Metro Supportive Housing Services Measure Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
      7. Approval of a Board Order delegating limited signing authority to the Chair and/or the County Administrator to execute all documents reasonably necessary to complete the execution of a grant agreement with the Homeless Solutions Coalition of Clackamas County for $10.0 million for the acquisition and construction of a supportive services resource center and recordation of the restrictive covenant. Funding is through the Metro Supportive Housing Services Measure. No County General Funds are involved.
