- Approval of an Amendment to a Real Property Conveyance Agreement with the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission for acquisition of property located at 9900 SE McBrod Ave, Milwaukie. Amendment Value is $50,000 for 1 year. Funding is through budgeted County General Funds.
- Approval of an Amendment to a Lease Agreement with Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission for the Community Corrections facility at 9000 SE McBrod Ave, Milwaukie. Amendment Value is $1 for 2 years. Total Agreement Value is $2 for 2 years. Funding is through budgeted County General Funds.
- Approval of the Transfer of the Dorman Property to Hoodland Fire District #74. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.
- Human Resources
- Ratification of the Labor Agreement with the Federation of Oregon Parole and Probation Officers for represented employees. Agreement Value is $15,380,724 for 3 years. Funding is through Oregon Department of Corrections funds, grant funds through the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission, and approximately $10,981,837 in County General Funds.
- Ratification of the Labor Memorandum of Agreement with Clackamas County Peace Officers Association for represented employees. Total Agreement Value is $69,903,060 for 1 year. Funding is through the Public Safety Local Option Levy, Contract City Funds, Enhanced Law Enforcement District Revenue, Oregon Department of Corrections and Oregon Criminal Justice Commission funds, Concealed Handgun License Fees and Traffic Fines, and approximately $51,448,652 in budgeted County General Funds.
- Approval to initiate negotiations with Aetna and Optum Rx for employee health insurance and pharmacy benefit service agreements. Estimated Agreement Value with Aetna is $32,746,000 for 1 year. Estimated Agreement Value with Optum Rx is $5,052,000 for 1 year. Funding is through contributions and fees paid by County departments, retirees, and COBRA beneficiaries, as well as approximately $10,583,440 in budgeted County General Funds.
- Transportation & Development
- Approval of a Grant Agreement with Metro for a Regional Travel Options Grant to implement portions of the Clackamas County Travel Options Action Plan. Grant Value is $225,000 for 3 years. Funding is through Metro and a required match of $25,752 in staff time paid through the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Board Order accepting a right of way easement and vacating an unused portion of Bornstedt Road. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Board Order correcting the description of previously vacated Whiskey Lane. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Funding Agreement with Clackamas County Arts Alliance for a Non-Competitive Grant. Grant Value is $70,000 for 1 year. Funding is through Oregon Lottery dollars. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Clackamas Community College for a workforce development grant. Agreement Value is $100,000 for 1 year. Funding is through Oregon Lottery dollars. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Funding Agreement with Clackamas County Historical Society to support the Museum of the Oregon Territory. Agreement Value is $70,000 for 1 year. Funding is through Oregon Lottery dollars. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Contract Amendment with Consor North America for the Sunnyside Rd & 142nd Project curb ramps. Amendment Value is $182,832 with no time increase. Total Contract Value is $2,238,758 for 2 years. Funding is through County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Public Improvement Contract with Eagle Elsner for the Beavercreek Woods Paving Project. Contract Value is $553,640.70 for 4 months. Funding is through the Community Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Contract with Ingram Library Services for book and digital media purchasing and processing services. Contract Value is $795,000 for 3 years. Funding is through Oak Lodge and Gladstone Library District distributions. No County General Funds are involved.
- Health, Housing & Human Services
- Approval of an Amendment to a Personal Services Contract with Mercy Housing Northwest for property management and resident case management at Mercy Greenbrae Apartments. Amendment Value is $580,000 for 1 year. Total Agreement Value is $1,740,000 for 3 years. Funding is through Supportive Housing Services Measure Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment with AntFarm for Molalla Resource Center building improvements. Amendment Value is $120,000. Total Agreement Value is $1,540,524.80 for 30 months. Funding is through Oregon House Bill 5202 funds. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval to apply for a U.S. Department of Justice Grant for staff positions and training to improve sexual violence response. Grant Value is up to $1,250,000 for 3 years. Funding is through U.S. Department of Justice. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement with Oregon Department of Human Services for the Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance State Health Insurance Assistance Program funding. Amendment Value is $21,090 and no time increase. Total Agreement Value is $41,418 for 2 years. Funding is through Oregon Department of Human Services. No County General Funds are involved.
