  1. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Multnomah County for the Digitization of their County’s Archival Film.
    Total Agreement value is $3,000,000 funded by Multnomah County for service provided by Clackamas County Records Management. No County General Funds are involved.

  1. Approval of a Board Order Denying File Z0208-21-CP a Comprehensive Plan Amendment proposed by Mission Teens Inc., North West Bible Training Center.
  2. Approval of a Board Order Previously Approved Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Zone Map Amendment proposed by Melva Murphy, File Numbers Z0079-21-CP and Z0080-21-ZAP.

CCSO

  1. Approval of a Board Order approving an agreement with Axon Enterprise for the purchase of 150 in-vehicle cameras, licenses, accessories, data storage, and installation for use by the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.
    Total contract value is $1,554,688.82 funded through County General Funds, Levy, and Enhanced Law Enforcement District funds.
  2. Approval of a Resolution Delegating Authority to the County Administrator to accept a Previously Approved Grant Award (Board Order #2021-80) through the US Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services JustGrants online portal.
