Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office

  1. Approval to apply for Federal grant to fund body armor for 200 law enforcement officers. Grant value is $75,000, matched by budgeted County General Funds of $75,000. Funding is through the US Department of Justice and budgeted County General Funds.

Health, Housing, and Human Services

  1. Approval of Amendment #2 to Personal Services Contract with MV Public Transportation, Inc. for the Mt Hood Express Daily Operations Services, extending the duration of the agreement. Amendment value is $502,729, contract value is increased to $2,015,105. Funding is through FTA 5311, FLAP, and Statewide Transportation Improvement Funds. No County General funds are involved.
  2. Approval of Non-Federal Subrecipient Grant Agreement with Clackamas Women’s Services to provide Behavioral and Mental Health Services to eligible Clackamas County residents. Grant value is $72,545. Funding through Public Health Restricted Funds, Health Share of Oregon, and budgeted County General Funds.
  3. Approval of Non-Federal Subrecipient Grant Agreement with LoveOne to provide food pantry programs to rural communities. Grant value is $71,450. Funding through Public Health Restricted Funds, Health Share of Oregon, and budgeted County General Funds.
  4. Approval of Non-Federal Subrecipient Grant Agreement with Familias en Acción to provide food box distribution to eligible Clackamas County residents. Grant value is $72,695. Funding through Public Health Restricted Funds, Health Share of Oregon, and budgeted County General Funds.
  5. Approval of Amendment #6 to the Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Health Authority, funding telehealth services at School Based Health Centers. Amendment value is $75,000, contract value is now $10,711,087.64. Funding is provided by the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
  6. Approval of Federal Subrecipient Grant Agreement with The Father’s Heart Street Ministry for Behavioral Health Services at Inclement Weather Overnight Shelters. Grant value is $157,072. Funding is through a Federal Emergency Solutions Grant, Oregon Department of Housing and Community Services, and budgeted County General Funds.
  7. Approval of a Local Subrecipient Grant Agreement with Northwest Family Services to provide culturally specific Domestic Violence shelter and supportive services to Latina survivors of domestic violence in Clackamas County. Agreement value is $468,900. Funding is through budgeted County General Funds.
  8. Approval of Amendment #1 to the Personal Services Contract with Northwest Family Services for COVID support in the Public Inquiry Center and Community Vaccine Clinics, increasing funding. Amendment value is $27,652.08, contract value is now $77,652.08. Funding by Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
  9. Approval of Reinstatement and Amendment #1 to an Intergovernmental Grant Agreement with the Oregon Department of Human Services for Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act Program, extending the agreement duration and providing additional funding. Amendment value is $7,900, agreement value is now $14,400. Funding is through Oregon Department of Human Services. No County General Funds are involved.
  10. Approval of Local Subrecipient Grant Agreement with Northwest Family Services for Children of Incarcerated Parents and Parenting Inside Out program services to eligible Clackamas County families. Grant value is $122,000. Funding is through budgeted County General Funds.
  11. Approval of Revenue Agreement with CareOregon for the Primary Care Payment Model Program to provide incentive payments for patient care. Anticipated value of this agreement is $1,626,235. Funding is through CareOregon. No County General Funds are not involved.
  12. Approval of Local Subrecipient Grant Agreement with Children’s Center to provide child abuse medical assessments and forensic interviews for children suspected of experiencing abuse. Grant value is $727,200. Funding is through budgeted County General Funds.
  13. Approval of Change Order Number 10 for the Sandy Health Center Project with Banlin Construction, LLC, for additional time designing and reviewing the HVAC system for the future Generator and 30 Day Time Extension for shipping delays of two key circuit boards. Change order value is $3,500, contract value is now $5,212,171.14. Funding is through Health Centers Division Fund Balance. No County General Funds are involved.

Business and Community Services

  1. Approval of a Goods and Services Contract with SirsiDynix for Integrated Library System maintenance and support services to Clackamas County libraries. Contract not to exceed $785,615.86 for 5 years. Funding is through budgeted County General Funds.

Transportation and Development

  1. Approval of a Goods and Services Contract with Sirennet.com for Law enforcement and safety equipment to outfit a total of 41 patrol and 6 Detective vehicles. Total value is $626,909.05. Funding through ARPA funds, Public Safety Local Option Levy funds, budgeted Enhanced Law Enforcement District funds, and budgeted County General Funds.
