Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Providence Portland Medical Foundation for mobile and/or site-based outreach and engagement services for residents experiencing homelessness and Assignment of the Contract to Clackamas County. Contract value is $180,000.00 for 7 months. Funding is through Metro Supportive Housing Services Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
  2. Approval of a Personal Services Contract with The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization for mobile and/or site-based outreach, engagement, and supportive housing case 2 management services for residents experiencing homelessness and Assignment of the contract to Clackamas County. Contract value is $727,140.99 for 7 months. Funding is through Metro Supportive Housing Services Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
  3. Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Up and Over, LLC. for mobile and/or site-based outreach and engagement services, supportive housing case management and on-call emergency services for residents experiencing homelessness and assignment of the Contract to Clackamas County. Contract value is $262,603.00 for 7 months. Funding through Metro Supportive Housing Services. No County General Funds are involved
  4. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Clackamas County for On-Call Property Maintenance of the Veteran Village property. Contract value is $50,000 for 5 years. Funding through Metro Supportive Housing Services Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
  5. Approval of an Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement with Home Forward to provide resident services and supportive housing case management at Tukwila Springs and an Assignment Addendum to transfer the agreement to Clackamas County. Amendment value is $590,389.89, total agreement value is increased to $3,134,460.13. Funding is through Metro Supportive Housing Services Funds. No Clackamas County General Funds are involved.
  6. Approval of an Amendment to the Annual Contributions Contract with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for funding flexibility for the Moving to Work Program. Amendment has no fiscal impact, contract value remains at $19,151,246. Funding through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. No County General Funds are involved.

Grant value is $50M, with $12,500,000 match. Funding is through the Federal Emergency Management Agency, with matching funds provided by Portland General Electric. Tourism

  1. Approval of Board Order authorizing a Lease with the Hoodland Senior Center for Countyowned property located at 65000 E Highway 26, Welches, OR 97067. Lease value is $24.00 for 2 years. Lease payments will be funded by the Hoodland Senior Center. No County General Funds are involved.
