  1. Approval of a Board Order delegating signing authority to the Chair and the County Administrator to sign on behalf of the County and its service districts for law enforcement sensitive agreements through December 31, 2024. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved. – CCSO

Finance

  1. Approval of a Financial Assistance Application Lifecycle Form for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program through the US Department of Energy. Grant request is for $329,650. Funding through the US Department of Energy. No County General Funds are involved.

Health, Housing, & Human Services

  1. Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Parrott Creek Child and Family Services, Inc. for the Alcohol and Drug Dependency Recovery Housing Project. Contract value is $270,000 for up to six years. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
  2. Approval of a Subordination Agreement with Beneficial State Bank for re-financing HOME Loan with Wiedemann Park Apartments affordable housing project. HOME Loan amount is $350,000, funded in 1998/1999 through a Federal HOME Loan grant. No County General Funds are involved.
  3. Approval of Amendment #1 to Grant Agreement with Legal Aid Services of Oregon for the provision of legal services to Clackamas County residents. Amendment value is $111,779.20 for 1 year, grant value is increased to $192,976.20 for 2 years. Funding is through the federal Older Americans Act and Community Development Block Grant. No County General Funds are involved.
