| State Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF): Upcoming Grant Process | Kristina Babcock, Clackamas County Mt Hood Express, represented all Clackamas PTSPs in a presentation that highlighted how previous STIF funding has been used to expand various programs, and the approaching grant cycle. John Serra from TriMet shared various improvements to TriMet operations in Clackamas County that have come from STIF investments. |
| STIF: Regional Coordination Funds Update | C4 Staff provided an update on discussions between TriMet and the Public Transit Small Providers (PSTSs). The PTSPs are requesting predictable funding through a funding stream that is currently hosted by TriMet as a grant. These discussions have been ongoing since the spring of 2024, following discussions at C4. The goal by both TriMet and the PTSPs is to conclude discussions by September 26, 2024. |

| Transportation (JCT), September 26 at Happy Valley – Discussion and Planning | by the Joint Committee on Transportation. Staff shared the joint values and outcomes approved by C4 membership in August, and the status of logo collection. Staff noted there would coordination throughout September leading up to 9/26, requested interested members to reach out to staff to participate. |
| C4 Retreat: Housing Production Menu Update | Staff shared a menu of options for C4 to consider and discuss related to housing production. C4 discussed various elements of the menu, and ultimately requested staff diver deeper into the menu and explore the capacity to delver menu items to the C4. One prominent topic is for a future C4 meeting to host a panel of cities that have recently completed a housing needs assessment. |
