| TriMet 82nd Ave Project Update | C4 members received an overview of the 82nd Ave Transit Project. Key discussion points included TriMet’s grant match and project impacts to the agency’s profitability, the project’s potential to drive corridor economic and land use changes, community concerns and communication plans, post-implementation data reporting, budget comparisons to the Division St. project, the corridor’s potential for jurisdictional transfer, project design impacts on freight movement, and the addition of a BAT lane and its effect on travelers diverting off the interstate. |
| Clackamas County Transportation System Plan Update | C4 members received an update on the Clackamas County Transportation System Plan. Discussion followed about the need to balance system improvements with developer fees to minimize negative impacts on housing and community development. Concerns were raised about city residents subsidizing services, the need for more city involvement, and the status of the Oak Grove to Lake Oswego pedestrian bridge. |
| Legislative Updates | C4 received updates about the 2026 legislative session, noting the state’s budget shortfall, transportation issues, and upcoming bills. |
| Other Business | JPACT – Received Rose Quarter Project updates and ODOT CIP updates. MPAC – Received presentations on the regional economy, supportive housing services and program reforms, and the Jobs Act. R1ACT – Discussed ODOT CIP process. March Meeting Logistics – In person at Molalla Police Station. ODOT ConnectOregon Grant – Applications due March 27 March Meeting Logistics – Calendar holds going out soon. Recognition of Outcoming C4 members – Kenny Sernach was recognized. |
