Attendees: Bruce Parker, Steve Adams, Dale Guenther, Emma Lugo, Dave Weber, Joseph Edge, Mindy Montecucco, Del Scharffenberg, Kelli Grover

5:00 p.m. –Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes (May, June, and October)
Joseph: I recommend we approve October in the November meeting. I motion to approve the May and June
Bruce: I second

5:05 p.m. – PBAC Recruitment – Committee
Scott: We can have 8 – 14 members. We currently have 10 members so we can approve all the members or just some. The board makes the decision to appoint, but the committee jobs to recommend. I thought that all
Joseph: since there is all 4, is there any applicants we are concerned about?
Steve: I have no concerns; they have diversity in age and bring something to the committee. One is a principal, and my wife knows her and my wife said she is excellent and full of energy.
Del: I have no concerns
Dave: I have no concerns.
Bruce: I concur, I would recommend we accept all 4.
Steve: will at 14 it will be easier to get to quorum.
Del: who is currently on the committee?
Scott: I will update the website.
Joseph: I have no objections to appointing all 4.
Mindy: thumbs up
Kelli: I don’t have any objections to any of the applicants.
Del: I motion to recommend all 4 applicants to the committee
Bruce: I second
Dave: any other discussion?
Emma: I also have no objections
Vote passes unanimously
All 4 applicants are recommended to the committee.
