June 4, 2025 Minutes: Robert moved and Nate seconded. Approved unanimously.
Additional Items to add: None.
Citizen Concerns: Andrew shared that there is a large bump in the road on Oatfield in Gladstone just outside the city limits on the Northbound side.
Bylaw Change Proposals: The board discussed and approved the attached bylaws. The changes were minor, changing the name to the Transportation Safety Commission and aligning meeting schedule to current practices. Robert moved to approve, William seconded. Passed unanimously.
Project Updates: Rob shared that the planning project is moving forward. The second public meeting to review data on the Safe Systems Audit will be on October 21st. We will have member reports at our December meeting to share about that meeting. Our marketing project is on temporary hold while waiting for final grant documents to be executed.
Presentation: Christian presented on his trip to Sweden, Netherlands and Denmark. He shared his experiences on this official field exposition with three other Clackamas employees to learn about family friendly streets, bicycling and walking, and public spaces.
