Meeting called to order at 7:05pm.

February 4, 2026 Minutes: Will made the motion and Robert seconded. Approved unanimously.

Additional Items to add: The committee agreed to move up TSC openings on the agenda. 

TSC Openings: We have two openings and multiple applicants. Dirk requested that we reopen up the position so that he could apply. We will schedule interviews for our June Meeting.

Citizen Concerns: No items added.

TSAP and Safe Systems Update: Kendra from Burgess & Niple attended the meeting along with Ashley to present on the Transportation Safety Action Plan (TSAP) research. Kendra reviewed the Safe Systems Approach to ground the committee and then presented the findings from both the data research and the virtual survey conducted. A summary of the prior day’s external advisory committee was shared with the committee, as well. Committee members will receive a summary by email and provided an opportunity to add feedback.

A formal document should be available at the June meeting.
