Election Day is Today for the May 21, 2024 Primary Election

Election workers process ballots on election night.Oregon City, OR – Today, May 21 is Election Day. Ballots for the May 21, 2024 Primary Election must be mailed with a valid postmark or returned to an official ballot drop site before 8 p.m. tonight. 

Clackamas County Elections has 25 official ballot drop sites open across the county. There have been a few changes to official ballot drop box locations, including: 

  • The Milwaukie City Hall has moved a few blocks north and the official ballot drop site has moved with it to 10501 SE Main Street in Milwaukie. 
  • The Happy Valley Library is undergoing construction and the official ballot drop box will be available just outside the library front entrance during scheduled hours. The nearest 24-hour drive up official ballot drop site is located at the Happy Valley City Hall at 16000 SE Misty Drive in Happy Valley. 

Those official ballot drop sites marked with an asterisk have drive-up ballot drop access.

The Clackamas County Elections office at 1710 Red Soils Ct. in Oregon City is open until 8 p.m. to assist voters, issue replacement ballots, provide a place to vote in person, or answer questions. Voters can visit and observe the elections process from our public observation area. 

Unofficial election results will be posted on election night, May 21 shortly after 8 p.m. on the Clackamas County Elections website at clackamas.us/elections. Final official results will be certified June 14.
