Approval of Settlement Agreement with Nathan Stonebraker. Total Agreement is $240,000 funded by the County Risk Fund, some of which is County General Funds.

Community Corrections

Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement between Clackamas County Community Corrections and Portland State University for the development of phase one to create an assessment report that summarize key priorities for an equity plan. Total Cost is $18,000 funded by the State of Oregon Criminal Justice Commission, Justice Reinvestment Grant. No County General Funds are involved.

Approval of Facility Use Agreement between Clackamas County and Clackamas Town Center Mall LLC for COVID Vaccine Emergency/Disaster Related Use of Facility. This Agreement has no monetary value. No County General Funds are involved.
