Observer Schedule
Public access to the observation area is open and observers are welcome. Space may be limited due to safety concerns. All logic and accuracy tests and ballot processing activities will be conducted at Clackamas County Elections, 1710 Red Soils Ct., Oregon City.
A public Logic and Accuracy Test will be conducted at the following dates and times:
- September 18th at 11:00 am
- November 25th at 4:00 pm
Ballot processing activities may include ballot pick-up, signature verification, opening and examining ballots, scanning ballots, tabulation, and adjudication. Ballot processing activities may happen during the following dates and times listed below:
October 19 – October 23, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
October 26 – October 30, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
October 31, 7:00 am – 2:00 pm
November 2, 7:00 am – 6:30 pm
November 3, 7:00 am – 12:00 am
November 4 – November 6, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
November 9 – November 10, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
November 11, Clackamas County Elections will be closed to observe Veterans Day.
November 12 – November 13, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
November 16 – November 20, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
November 23 – November 25, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
This schedule is tentative and is subject to change, as required by ballot returns. We will not be opening, examining, scanning, tabulating, or adjudicating ballots outside of the posted dates and hours.
