A killing fueled by jealousy results in a 27-year prison sentence for Milwaukie man
Cody James Denewith was sentenced to more than 27 years in prison on Monday for killing a former co-worker in an act fueled by jealousy.
OREGON CITY, Or. -- Danielle Jannel Johnson, 29, and four other individuals were indicted in Clackamas County Circuit Court last year for thefts from Ross, TJ Maxx and Home Goods stores in Clackamas County. The four co-defendants have been arraigned.
Johnson pleaded guilty to three counts of Theft in the First Degree and one count of Identity Theft. Other charges were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
