Hillside Park Phase 1
Hillside Park Phase 1: Blossom & Community, Parkside Heights East & West.
The first phase of the Hillside Park redevelopment has been completed on a 7.5-acre site at the southern edge of the property. Three buildings, Blossom & Community (FKA Building C) and Parkside Heights East and West (FKA Buildings A & B), will provide 275 units of affordable housing for households at or below 60% of the area median income.
